English Youth Zone All Saints’ English Youth was formed in Feb 2006, to gather the youth from the two English services into youth cells. Initially there were only about 30 youths, 1 helper and a youth pastor, reaching out to the youth in the schools and to those who attend church services but are not in any groups. After much follow-up, invitations and outreach in schools, the attendance began to grow. By Dec 2007, there are about 80 youths meeting every Saturday evening. All Saints’ Youth is an important part of our church, organized in cell groups in the youth zone of the Cathedral’s Cell Church ministry. The weekly meetings typically begin with ice-breakers as games, then a time of worship, followed by the sharing of testimonies and the Word of God. The meetings end with prayer and ministry to one another. All Saints’ Youth is full of fun yet grounded with solid teaching from the Word of God. We believe in the building up of faith and knowledge as well the social and physical aspects of a young person’s life. Hence we often have outdoor activities such games, movies, outings and camps. In these two years, we have seen God's grace upon our youth, how they have matured in their faith and how God has called young people into the ministry. We believe in raising up the next generation of leaders and fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt 28:19). As we continue to experience breakthroughs in the Youth, we pray that more young people will be brought into the family of God. "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." ~1 Timothy 4:12~
